Welcome

Alahem was built in 2008 and we have two double bedrooms with queen-size beds; both sharing a private bathroom. We invite you to use our formal lounge, family room and dining room.

We have 360° views over Kaitaia and surrounding rolling farm land and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets - just look at some of our photos. We love gardening; so come and enjoy our garden.

We are only 4 km from Kaitaia in a rural setting, close to a well-maintained bush walk, in this sub-tropical far north of New Zealand.

We are only 15 minutes drive to Ahipara, Shipwreck Bay and the famous Ninety Mile Beach on the west coast. It is just 30 km to the east coast with all of its attractions.
